The Global Genome Biodiversity Network in collaboration with CryoArks and the European, Middle Eastern and African Society for Biopreservation and Biobanking (ESBB) has developed an online document library for biodiversity biobanking. This resource allows users to perform full text searches, tag publications, and browse information across the following biobanking categories: best practices, governance and business models, information and data management systems, standards for sharing samples, education and training tools, health and safety, regulation and legislation, and research and curation protocols.

- Develop and strategically expand the GGBN Document Library
- Raise awareness of ABS and the importance of genomic collections
Current Activities
- Implement new GGBN tagging system
- Continue to expand document library functionality
- Partner with CryoArks, ESBB and other GGBN partners to expand document library content
