We recommend that you reserve a hotel room as soon as possible, as early-mid April is peak tourist season in Washington D.C. Below are a few suggestions, though there are numerous hotels in the area should you wish to expand your search.
Club Quarters Hotel, 3 stars 839 17th Street NW 30 minute walk from NMNH 2 blocks from the McPherson Square Metro Station
For your convenience, a limited number of rooms is available to you at a discounted rate of $216/night, excluding tax. Those wishing to share a room can add an additional occupant for $18/night. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first served basis until Friday, March 10, 2017.
Participants can book at the discounted rate in three ways: 1) online through the hotel group’s booking page, 2) via phone by calling the Member Services Department at 203.905.2100 and mentioning the group code SI0410, or via e-mail at memberservices@clubquarters.com and mentioning group code SI0410.
